Vintage & Used Items: All art pieces offered by Rue des Muses are vintage, pre-owned, and sold AS-IS. All pieces are considered used items. Age, condition, provenance, and other applicable information is provided to the best of our knowledge based on available research and visual inspection.

No Warranties: We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Authenticity (unless explicitly stated with documentation)

• Historical accuracy of attributions

• Investment value or future appreciation

• Condition beyond what is described and photographed

4. SALES POLICY

Pricing:

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)

• Prices are subject to change without notice

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

Payment:

• Payment is required immediately upon placing an order

• We accept credit card payments processed securely through Squarespace

• Payment must be received in full before items ship

Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Pricing errors

• Item is no longer available

• Buyer fails to comply with these Terms

If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.

5. SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (United States):

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

• Items typically ship within 3-5 business days of confirmed payment

• Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed

International Shipping:

• International shipping can be arranged but must be requested in advance

• er is responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and fees

• Rue des Muses is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges

Shipping Damage:

• Items are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival

• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon shipment

• We recommend purchasing shipping insurance

• Claims for damage must be made within 7 days of delivery

6. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window: Returns are accepted if contact is made within seven (7) days from receiving the item.

Return Process: To initiate a return:

1. Email ruedesmusesart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item

2. Include your order number and reason for return

3. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping anything back

4. Package item securely in original packaging (if possible)

5. Ship item back using a trackable shipping method

Return Conditions:

• Item must be returned in the same condition as received

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• A 5% restocking fee (of the sales price) will be deducted from your refund

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items: We reserve the right to refuse returns on custom orders, specially sourced items, or items that show signs of damage, alteration, or wear beyond the original condition.

Our Content: All content on this website, including but not limited to:
